This is the second of an ongoing series of "Box of Books" pages. When one of my book review editors sends me a box of books to consider for reviews, there are always many more than I can handle in a timely fashion. We will, unfortunately, have to pass on a number of very good titles. Our decision of which books to review is based on many factors, not just their quality.

We will be reviewing some of these titles soon. But for the others, I encourage you to follow the links below to the Amazon.com site, where you can judge them for yourself. The books are listed alphabetically by title.

Reader reviews of these titles would be appreciated. See our site guidelines to learn about our submission process. As I add book reviews, whether my own or by other readers, to this site, I will remove the listing of those titles from the Box of Books pages.
